about time 早該如此

about time 「早該要……了」、「總算……了」                              有時含有輕微抱怨的意思

有別於（it is time to do sth），about time 不只表示「做什麼事的時候了」，還進一步有抱怨的意味


The basketball team won last night. About time.
他們昨晚赢球了；早就該贏了！
也可以這樣用：It's about time they won.（注意要用過去式）
